Atty. Romir David B. Gavino

Atty. Romir David B. Gavino is a Senior Partner of Garcia & Gavino Law Offices. He has extensive experience in civil, criminal, administrative, and labor litigation, representing clients before courts, government agencies, quasi-judicial bodies, and arbitral tribunals.

His practice includes dispute resolution, regulatory proceedings, arbitration, and intellectual property disputes. He has handled matters before the Energy Regulatory Commission, Construction Industry Arbitration Commission, Intellectual Property Office, and trial courts, among others.

In addition to litigation, he has served as retained counsel and corporate secretary, advising clients on commercial transactions, contracts, regulatory compliance, human resource matters, and government procurement.

Atty. Gavino obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2012. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in European Studies from the same university.
